quatation hasnt been removed since last year

I Visited an African bank Branch inmamelodi denlynn to try and get a loan and their system did not allow them cs it showed that I had a pending application a couple of months back by then..., the consultant phoned the ellerins store where the quote was made and also send and email to some department..and asked me to re visit, wich I never did till earlier this month when I needed their services...only to find out the querie was not never resolved, this time I went to the African bank branch cnr previously known as Andris and Pretorias...the lady kindly helped me and ooops, she couldnt access my profile as its blocked due to a pending quotation that was done in 2014 and havent been resolved as yet....she called her manager and they filled an online form and send an email to IT and their customer services....I revissited the branch after two days and whoalaaaaa......still blocked.....this is very frustrating when in need for services, I always though high of this bank though people speak so badly of them.....I hope u can assist
