<p>Hi I keep getting sms's from African bank saying I owe them money funny thing I don't have any account with them .</p> <p>The number that's on the sms is an 011 number for mbdcs it talks in the beginning and when it rings it only for 2 or 3 times and drops the call.</p> <p>I have tried calling the bank and they can't help so I don't no what to do </p>
