Proof of payment issue

Hi, I would just like to state my extreme dissatisfaction with this bank, I have been a member for over 5 years and I'm honestly disgusted with how they went out the back door,I asked for a simple Proof of payment cause my app isn't working I went it to the Boksburg branch and they made empty promises saying by Monday I will have received it, to date the app is giving an error and I have not received a mail for the Proof of payment , I regret opening this account for the 1st time after so many years ,If I loose my reservation and money paid I cause I cannot provide a simple Proof payment I will hold African bank liable for all costs incurred l.
