proof of payment

the after sale service of African bank is totally ridiculous. You have to call them a 100 times to get simple things like proof of payment. I have been contacting them for over a week now with my airtime which is really costly and even if you get cut off they don't bother to call and ensure that your query is resolved. I'm so disappointed and I have lost hope that my query will even be attended to
