Proof Of Payment

I have been calling their call center for days now asking for the same thing, I am not sure if anyone understands what I am looking for or they are just treating me like a fool. I need to produce a detailed POP to Citibank or a swift copy, but I swear it is like I am asking for the moon. No one calls me back regardless of the numerous times they promise to do so. I guess it's time to switch banks.
