Promotes bad behaviour

African Bank is by far one of the worst banks when it comes to having integrity. I am so disappointed with African bank. I have never skipped a payment instead I have increased my loan payments. In Dec I sacrificed my salary as well as my bonus in order to make sure that I push the loan that I have with you.

A friend of mine who has over 6months of not paying has received a great reward of 40% off her loan and me the one who sacrifices and skips other payments for African bank is denied any form of discount. I called to the African bank call centre today requesting a settlement discount. I currently owe 64K, and I was told its not possible. I guess I need to reverse payments on a monthly base in order to receive a discount. This is sad because it just shows that you actually want people to constantly be indebted to you.

I want to pay African Bank unlike those who are not interested, but its sad that loyalty means being disregarded and bad behaviour and no payment means rewards.

Going forward I think I would rather reverse or not pay in orderg to be given preferential treatment.
