Promises gold but makes you old.

Had an account with this bank years ago. A week ago, I app**** for another. Being promised the world and stars after being approved AND ACCEPTING ALL T's and C's, it's the one 'Its still under review' scripted answer to another. Asking for issues to be escalated turns out on nothing but empty promises. Missed three oppertunities because of them dragging their feet, and I cant go to other companies as it hurts my credit profile to have hard enquiries done. Managers and supervisors are non existant. The only thing working overtime is the damned marketing robot that has phoned me 40 something odd times!

Phoned this morning, and guess what. I get the same watered down scripted answer with a promise to be contacted. This company promised me everything, and gave me nothing but sleepless nights, affecting the well being of not only myself , but my entire family and business.
