Profile showing rehabilitation

<p>I went to African bank to apply for a credit card. It shows that declined :rehabilitation. It is sad that, when i went through a divorce, i didn't dissappear with African bank money. I made arrangements that I'll pay in small instalments, and once i recover from my divorce, I'll pay full instalments. As a result, i managed to pay 3 loans in full, paid up the credit card. I'm shocked that I'm rehabilitated. </p>
