My name is Matshokolo Ganzin account number *** on Credit Report
I have noted that there is an account named African Bank, account number indicated above, which I have been listed for on my credit report.
I have not acknowledged the debt in the past 3 consecutive years, either in writing or verbally, not made any payment towards the outstanding amount, nor have I promised to pay. No summons has been issued within the last 3 years or more. They are in contravention of the NCA Sec 126b. It states that no person may continue collection or re-activation of such prescribed debt as a prescription Act 68 of 1969 (Prescription Act).
I request any negative information be removed from my credit record. Should I receive any calls I will lay a complaint with the relative authorities, ie, NCR and LSSA.
Please attend to this matter at the soonest and email a Prescribed letter that this account is closed and removed from my credit record to ***

As a second attempt, since my previous same query was not addresses by yourselves.
I have noted that there is an account named African Bank, account number indicated above, which I have been listed for on my Transunion credit report.
