Prescribed Debt still not removed from Experian

<p>I had been overseas for a while and when I returned African Bank had listed me on Experian. I consulted a lawyer who then advised that the debt had prescribed and that African Bank should of instructed Experian ages ago to have it removed. For over a month now he has sent African Bank letters regarding this but no response and no removal. I am going to go to the Ombudsman with this. The account numbers in question are ********** 005, ********** 004 and ********** 006 these should of all been cleared off my profile with Experian ages ago as they have prescribed.</p>
