Prescribed Debt still listed against my profile

It has been over 10years that I have a Loan Account with African Bank, my Debt has long been prescribed and they don't remove my name from ITC. I have been trying ever since to apply for Consolidation Loans so I can pay them & a few other Accounts I but their listing is preventing me from this & it's keeping my Credit Score at an all time low. Please can you advise what I should do or how I should go about getting this matter resolved. They are also not willing to assist because they keep offering only 30% Disc which is a Settlement I cannot afford at all.
