Prescribed Debt Sold
I’m shocked and disappointed in how my rights as a consumer are being violated by African Bank. I went through my credit record and to my surprise it appears that my loan has been sold to a 3rd Party without my knowledge. According to the prescription act my loan with African Bank should’v been prescribed and should not even reflect on my bureau. Please make the necessary updates as soon as possible.

I find it strange that you require me to visit the branch yet you are able to send me emails after my Hello Peter complaint. I feel like this is a way of you guys avoiding the prescription rule towards my debt.
