Prescribed debt

<p>I have send numerous emails and messages to African Bank without any response. I had an account with them in 2010. According to me this account was paid up. Now after six years I get messages and calls from debt collectors stating that I owe them money. I am not aware of any monies owening to them. According to me this is prescribed debt as this debt is older than three years. African bank handed me over to Flemix and Associates and after sending mails and making telephone calls to them, they informed me that the account has been closed on their side. Now after two weeks a different debt collector is harassing me for payment. I do not acknowledge any debt to African Bank and did not make a promised to pay at all.</p> <p> </p> <p>I need urgent assistance on this matter ASAP.</p>
