Prescribed Debt
What I really don't get is how african bank can issue judgements without my knowledge and this too on prescribed accounts??? The worst part is that they fail to update this information with ITC??<br> <br> What the hell is wrong with you people or is the plan to issue new judgements for the same accounts?? I have also disputed these listings with ITC!! I hope someone will get back to me.

Well it seems that it took you 12months to investigate this issue. This debt is prescribed and should be removed from my ITC. Since 2005 no one can answer me regarding this debt reflecting on my credit report. The last time anyone contacted me regarding this debt was in 2013. 1 January 2014 - 31 December 2014 (12months) then 1 January 2015-31December 2015(12months) then 1January 2016-31December 2016(12months) nothing from African Bank. My ITC confirm that not even an update but you refuse to remove this prescribed debt from my credit report. Please ensure that you correct this since during this time not even legal action was instituted. As I mentioned this is going on since 2005. And no one is willing to assist me.
