Prescribed debt

The below is the response I received on Hellopeter from African Bank. Nobody from African Bank contacted me, so how the hell can the matter be resolved???? I just received an irritating sms from them again and so did my boss, I now WILL report African Bank to the credit ombudsman for trying to collect on prescribed debt and sending private messages to my boss (contradiction to my human rights!) . THE DEBT HAS PRESCRIBED!!!!!
