Prescribed amount still reflecting on credit record
I received an letter from african bank saying my account which was in arrears after i became unemployed, on the letter it stated the account has been closed and the this would be updated with the credit bureau. the account was closed on 21-11-2016 but is still visible on my credit record. I cannot get finance as this is still reflecting, please could you update this with the credit bureau.
