prescribed account.

Hi.I have apply for a loan at African Bank and a funiture account wirh Beares Vredenburg back in July 2007.This accounts are still listed on my credit profile allthough the fact that I have make the last payment on 25th February 2012.These accounts are still in arrears but according to the Prescription Act 68 of 1969,sectio 10(1),the dedt is now prescribed,because more than 3 years has since passed.I have not acknowledge the debt in the past 3 consecutive years,either in writing or verbally.I have not made any payment towards the outstanding amounts,nor have I promose to pay.The creditor has not summonsed me for this dedt within 3 consecutive years.My question however,why cant they remove my name from my credit profile at the credit bureau.

Hi.I really need your advice. In January 2016 a court order was granted for a outstanding doctors account For the amount of R415.33.This amount accumulate to R5980.11.Esterhuyze attorneys first deduction of R200 a month was made on the 08 July 2019.According to me it means that this account was a prescribe account. I have lodge a complain with the Credit Ombudsman,NCR and CFDC,but with no success. I see that there are a many complaints about this Esterhuyze attorneys, but it seems like that they are untouchable.Can you please assist me in this matter.
