Prepaid electricity help

Excellent customer service, app errors always seem to be my only issue. Yesterday I got help with getting a refund for an app error. Thought the problem was resolved but I had another another "ghost" transaction today. Bought a R10 electricity voucher to test the app, it went through and got a voucher. Tried buying a R490 one and it gave an app error without getting a voucher.
