POP

I am speechless, I placed another call to the call centre and one guy Zolile read the notes and it states that I have to get the POP on my banking app as they cannot assist me which really contradicts what I was told. A lady called to inform me that they saw my post on hello peter and that they will assist me but now I am told they cannot assist me......... i am so disappointed
