Poorest service ever! Agents are ****s and provide false information

I opened a savings and investment acc with this bank.Served a 7 days notice.On the app it was stated that the money will be pain into my acc on the 6th,nothing reflected. On the 7th i sppke to Dineo from the savings and investments acc she said the funds will reflect on the 7th my bank delayed with confirmation letter and the date changed on my app. Today is the 8th of May and there is still nothing into my acc. Earlier again i dealt with a rude agent who told me that the funds will reflect in the evening same day. I have never been this annoyed as i am in hospital and need my money. I wouldn’t advise anyone to save with this bank😡 I am going to close everything that i have. The branch consultants of this bank don’t even know their job. They just want you out of the branch without asking what else they can assist with. Sis African Bank. You just lost a client. You never see me again and i am going to tell everyone about your bad service!
