Poor Verification alert

Bad Morning I just wake up my app needed a verification which I was not informed about I put petrol and card didn't allow me to swipe.. To do all other transactions how bad is this.. I think African Bank going back to their bad service I'm am very disappointed planning to leave African bank anytime soon.
