Poor turn around time on Settlement Letters

I was approached by Hammond Pole attorneys on behalf of African Bank with a once off settlement offer to settle an account - which I have now done last month already - I used the correct reference number and even emailed the proof of payment to innocent Mtshali, Ashley Peens and Lawrence Leeuw. <br> I have not received my SETTLEMENT LETTER of this account and am being told story after story in this regard, which is misrepresentation and self-conflicting on their side. I email Mthsali daily for the letter so this matter can be closed.<br> I plan to take this matter further with African bank and will contact the Law Society with my complaint regarding the treatment received from Hammond Pole.<br> I kept to my side of the arrangement (I paid on the amount on the settlement offer on the day I promised) and now they are not keeping to their side of the agreement. <br> I kept all the communication regarding this as proof!
