Poor service with Fault Hope
I app**** for a credit card which was kept on the system for 16 days first I received a message to upload my comfirmation of employment which I did and I believe it was left on the system until it expired and when I then reapply immediately it was declined my question is why wasn't it declined the first time someone needs to look into this and give an explanation please

17 Oct 2025, 10:23And I even went to the branch to make a follow up after 10 days of the application been on the system and was told in Northgate branch that there has been a lot of backlog and that if my application was unsuccessful I would have received a response immediately but for it to be on the system until now it means it was approved that I should have patience

17 Oct 2025, 14:02I just received a call from one of the specialist who finally advised African Bank does not offer loans or credit card to individuals working for NPO /NGO organizations but at the same time want such people to bank with them it's quite disheartening if commercial banks like capitec Discovery and Sanlam etc could offer NPO employees such facility African Bank does not meaning everyone who is working for an NPO out there should be aware of this
