Poor service, they have not helped or got back to me

I’ve contacted hellopeter with regards to my African bank account being blocked because of a client who was unfair to me. African bank contacted me only once and did not return, they told me they’ll come back in 4 days, it’s been nearly two weeks. I sent proof of everything. Please kindly reopen my account
