Poor service on steriods

So I get a settlement quote with a 30% discount for my account valid until the 30th of June 2018, I paid part of it during the month and the plan was to pay for the remainder on the 30th of June. I went to an African Bank branch at Maponya mall to pay the balance thereof only to get there and was told that the swiping machine wasn't working. My bank was closed so that I can withdraw the large amount of cash, now my settlement discount is forfeited.

I'm listed on Transunion as a default payer, unknowingly why since my account is up to date. Now, I get get a job in my profession due to the Transunion status with African bank, secondly I forfeited a discount due to the fact that your guys machine wasn't working.

I really fail to understand why African bank is taking advantage of the previously disadvantaged and the poor service that African bank has. I had to make means in order to settle off African bank and move on with my life and career, however, African bank continues to put all that to a halt.
