Poor service - Loan approval

App**** for a loan on 11.11.22, waited until 21.11.22 when an OFFER was provided by African Bank, the debicheck failed to work and after a number of attempts to approve same African bank reverts advising application rejected. I went into the Local African Bank and the lady was of no use, she merely resubmitted the application - I cannot wait another 10 days.
