Poor service from African Bank despite urgent need for assistance

I received terrible service from African Bank this morning. I made three successive phone calls regarding disputing an erroneous adverse listing done on my credit profile, only to be referred to either be placed on hold or dialed through to Customer Service, who did not assist. Even though I asked the last time if I could be referred to a supervisor or manager to call me back, nothing happened. I need assistance urgently!
