Poor service from African Bank
Absolutely poor service. How can a consultant do the affordability and my item is being approved just to get a mail the next day it was rejected. I will never support African Bank ever again and that is after I had a credit card with them and always paid and now I get a rejected mail. Absolutely pathetic

12 May 2021, 17:15You tried calling me once and as I am at work and not able to answer straight away you leave a reply that I have to call your office but there is no name that I have to ask for. Just your call center. How convenient that you can't get hold of me and then I get 2 sms's to rate your online service and after I rated you as I was told my application is approved I receive a mail stating my application is rejected. Why apply if you only cause my credit score to drop. Bad bad service
