Poor service

I have a loan account with African Bank, I checked my credit report with Trans union and the payment frequency for the loan account shows that I am paying them R1753 weekly. This is incorrect and it should reflect that I pay African Bank monthly. I then contacted transunion who referred me to African Bank. I contacted the African Bank contact Centre and the lady who was assisting me kept putting me on hold as if she had no clue what I was talking about, then she told me she would log a call and I would get a notification I have not received anything.
