Poor service! Disgusted🤞

I am disgusted with African Bank service..... I took out a loan in the amount of R10 000....ive been unemployed for 2 yrs and got behind with my installments.... But never skipped a payment.... Made smaller monthly payments.... I managed to settle the account two years ago.... Almost R13 000.....since then the account is reflecting on my credit bureau as a slow payer.... No defaults.... No judgments.... Show on my credit bureau "Account closed" paid up... R0. 00 Balance.... I would appreciate it if African Bank can remove their account from my ITC....they did get their money.... What's the hold up.... I cant get finance because of African Bank.... Be careful!!
