Poor Service Delivery

Hi,<br> <br> I have submitted my loan documents on the 28th of Jan. I was promised that the loan would have been paid out on 29th and I have still not received anything. When I call in to the call centre, their response is that my application is still in process and their turnaround time is 3 days, well it's now past 5 days and I still haven't received any feedback. I've received my card, filled in and handed all relevant documents but have not received any feedback. Can you please assist me?<br> <br> Regards,<br> Navi<br>
