Poor service

So my father got a loan and approved by african bank money payed out into the account he had to open just gor someone within the bank to steel everything it has almost been a month later and still no money paid back to him branch he visited for loan was african bank Parys. Now almost month later no money still payed out after promised it will be back before 7 working days are over now they claim they are waiting for head office service is pathetic
