Poor Service

I'm very angry and disappointed at African Bank staff members Mxolisi Dlamini... He is disrespected me and his Co workers he didn't know how to assist me instead of that he was also busy asking for my numbers wanting to take me out for dinner it's was my 3rd time coming to African Bank Branch and getting such a low service from him plus he even gave me the wrong pin and said it's in the front of my card I want him out he doesn't know how to represent African Bank in the Kwa Dukuza Stanger Branch plus if you apply for a loan he wants 10% if it's approved I'm disappointed and angry
