Poor Service
I have lodged a query on the 27th of October 2025 regarding my money that was not dispensed by the ATM. I was told the turn around time is 72 hours. Till to date, it's 5 days today I have received any communication whatsoever from them. I honestly do not which route to take. I wouldn't recommend this bank to anyone. Their service level is non existent.
