Poor service

The service I received from African Bank was displeasing. I once app**** online for loan from African Bank and I was approved. When I got to the African Bank offices to finalize the details, I was told that they have me under debt review. Meanwhile I had already paid up my account 4 years prior to applying for the loan. I even supp**** them with a letter proving that I am no longer under debt review. To no avail it didn't work as they had me going in circles requesting letters I couldn't get a hold of. In the end I decided to let it go. Fnb was able to give me 2 new cars in separate years (2017 & 2019) and I've never run into this problem. I really needed the money to pay for my child's school fees. I was left disappointed by African Banks poor service.
