Poor service at African Bank

I have never in my life experienced such Terrible service. African bank has no attended to my issues for over 4 months now. I have phoned and spoken to most likely 10 different people trying to have my issue resolved and still nothing has been fixed. Each time the staff member says they have noted my issue and I will get a call, the issue has been escalated but I have heard nothing at all from their team unless I call them.

Very very very disappointing to see this kind of service
