Poor service and system.

This is one of the most affordable and high interest rate offering banks in the country. But that pretty much it about them, they service is poor. They call centers are poor (loud noise in the background and they even pretend not to hear you). My account has been in existence for almost a year and nothing good has come with it. My app just decides not to work when it decides to. My bank card never worked, now my OTP and debit mandates do not come through. Like seriously.
