Poor service and not doing their jobs

2 weeks ago I app**** for a credit card, submitted all the documents and I received sms's saying how far the application went and last week Thursday i received an sms saying i must login and go accept my offer before it expires in 5 days. I went to go accept it on the banking app and it still says being reviewed. I called consultants and they all said its being reviewed and some said they are busy finalizing my application i will get an offer in 24 hours, so vryday i took it to hello Peter and an agent called me apologizing left and right and saying I'll get my offer in 24 hours she promise. So i waited till today and when i logged in it expired. So they didn't do their work and update it on the system so i could accept my offer and now it has expired. I called and asked the consultant why and he only said I'll log a complaint. Been waiting 2 weeks and i got approved, thanks to them not wanting to help and not doing their job it has expired.
