Poor service and dissappointed

I must say having a loan with you guys many years ago, your process was much more robust and sufficient and I app**** for 5 times more the amount back then than what I did last week.

Your banker at Mall of the South that has helped me has provided great service, however applying for a small loan last week Friday, and everyday having issues too upload documents due to your system not being able to accept the size of the document and due to staff being *********** and not understanding that I changed from the one bank to the other is absolutely pathetic.

It is a week later and I still don't have decision on my application. You could've been in a position for me to become a main banked client with you, however just the frustration experienced this last week and still not having an outcome is extremely frustrating.

I app**** for the loan due to urgency to deal with an urgent matter. Since yesterday my affordability has been in assessment and I am still waiting. The application was submitted on the 2nd of August already.
