Poor service African bank

This bank is useless, after sending almost 21 emails with the same documents, they still request my bank statements which I send directly in pdf form from the bank, they asked for 3 months of statements and 1 payslip, I sent 4 months of statements and 3 payslips, but still they requested clear copies even though it was send if pdf form straight from the bank, 15 days later, no one has phoned me to tell me what they actually need, I had to phone how many times and no one could assist when I phoned. After all the phoning and emailing, I just received an sms that the loan offer expired and I have to do everything from the start again
