Poor service african bank

So i was sequestrated its been more than 1 yr 3months my court ordered amount was paid since ive been struggeling for african bank to remove their accounts from my credit profile. Eventually they removed one but left the ctedit card account. How in the hell do they remove one but not the other? Half work. My contact was this email ***. yet none of my mails are awnsered and this bad credit remains. Ibwas told they did communicate with the trustee of my sequestration. I want this removed from my profile with immediate effect. This is now affecting my credit profile and it was paid as per court order. Why must i struggle with this? Get your house in order!
