Poor service African Bank.

Very poor service. App**** for a loan, phoned me about 8 times. Every time requist bank statements from my bank (Witch i pay for....) and pull a credit report, affecting my credit score... Even the app does not work properly. No feedback or assistance. Each call centre agent just start a new application, no saved information, from the previous agent that phoned you like 4 hours ago. Very poor service after two weeks of struggle with a aplication.
