Poor Service
I'm truly disappointed in African Bank, I app**** for a loan with them on the 14th of October 2023 and submitted all the required documentation, even signed the final offer on the 17th but till today when I track the application it says it's being reviewed. Their turn around time is apparently 48hours. I have called in for assistance yet I'm not getting any joy. The service is very poor. They have no sense of urgency. How long should I wait?

23 Oct 2023, 08:55African Bank I'm honestly not happy with the service at all, I spoke to 3 consultants on Saturday regarding my application being stuck, eventually one consultant manage to pick up that they were stuck on confirmation of employment( whereby I gave them my HR contact hoping to get it resolved yet still nothing). My concern is that this is an emergency and I have accepted their DebiCheck on my side. They keep promising the 48hr turnaround time which is ridiculous as this application was done on the 14th and they received everything on my side. Beyond disappointed
