Poor service

Pathetic service; worst bank with poor service and their staff! I had a loan with this bank and i was up to date even during covid i managed to pay them and it happens that i was dismissed at work and i know that insurance is not covering dismissal i went to Kolonade branch and jubilee mall to explain to them so that i can do arrangement with them i only asked 3months break after waiting for my pension funds for 3months i will settle their balance the bank refused to give me a break instead they even add insterests i swear to God this bank is so pathetic and i will never ever go back to them atleast i managed to settle their amount # go to hell african bank
