Poor service

Good morning I have problem with African bank reward team they do not send the rewards or voucher as promised I’ve swiped my card more than 30 times and deposited money more than R5000 in the account but they do not send my voucher when I call they keep saying they sending but they do not forget to remind me to swipe my card but when it comes to delivery I have to always call and waste airtime, poor service they offering
