Poor service

This people who are working at African bank contact centre are to rude. The services is very poor. Useless bank. I am not assisted because I am calling with different number that is not registered with their bank. They ask me some security question. I gave it to them but unfortunately I am not assisted because I was calling with different number. TheIrish services is a shirt.
