POOR SERVICE!!!!!

<p>I was in two months arrears with my African bank credit card as personal loan, as a good customer as soon as I got the funds I went in to the Florida African bank branch and paid up my arrears. The consultant that helped me as assured me that I will be debited once as normal as I am now up to date with my payments. Now I get paid and African bank debited me twice for both my credit card and my personal loan. Now how do I pay my other accounts because African bank was only suppose to debit me once as I paid all my arrears but no they debit twice for no reason now I can't pay my other accounts as African bank took the money which was not theirs my budget is now out and I will be late to pay my other accounts. Is this the service I get for paying my credit card and personal loan? This is the second time I get POOR service from African ban**** I will not recommend African bank to no one ever!!!!</p>
