Poor service

I was buying a Wendy house and I transfer money from my capitec account to Africa bank.the guy ****med me and I call Africa bank and capitec,they say I must open ***** case which I did and I sent to capitec but before end of the business day both sent me massage and say sorry we didn't retrieve your money.so Africa bank know who is the guy and his address and can't block or freeze tha account,guys be warned of this small banks one you get ****med you won't get your money
