Poor service

I contacted African Bank on the 25th received my settlement letter, did and paid for an IMMEDIATE payment to reflect in African Banks account. Only to be told today that its still not reflecting and my account is going to be debited AGAIN! I want an IMMEDIATE REFUND when this debit order goes through! NOT IMPRESSED
