Poor service

I went into the new branch of African Bank on 10.6.2019. In the middle of my application process the gentleman helping me ststed that there is an error in the system and ge has logged a call. I have to leave and will be contacted when it is working again. Today a day later I phoned him and he said it has not been fixed yet, he will log a second call. It is now almost the end of the working day and I have heard nithing from this branch. Bad customer service! Do I phone yet again to find out if your computer systems are fixed?
